Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

Pixel Forge Global ("we", "our", or "us") builds and operates mobile applications, web applications, and related software services. This Privacy Policy applies to all applications and services published or operated by Pixel Forge Global, regardless of the platform (Android, iOS, web browser, or other).

This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully before using any of our applications.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the application and uninstall it from your device.

1. Information We Collect

The specific data we collect depends on the application you use and the features you interact with. In general, we may collect the following categories of information:

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration: name, email address, phone number, username, and password.
  • Profile information: profile picture, date of birth, gender, and any other details you choose to add to your profile.
  • User-generated content: text, images, files, documents, or any other content you create, upload, or submit within the application.
  • Communications: messages, feedback, support requests, or other content you send to us or through our applications.
  • Payments and transactions: billing name, billing address, and payment method details (processed securely through third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers).
  • Subscription and contact forms: name, email address, and any details submitted through website forms.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: features used, screens visited, actions taken, session duration, tap/click interactions, and error events within the application.
  • Device information: device model, manufacturer, operating system name and version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID), screen resolution, and language settings.
  • Network information: IP address, mobile network operator, Wi-Fi network name (SSID where applicable), and connection type.
  • Log data: crash reports, stack traces, timestamps, app version, and diagnostic information generated when the application encounters an error.
  • Performance data: app load times, response latency, and other technical performance metrics.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address, or precise GPS/network-based location only where you have explicitly granted the relevant device permission (see Section 2).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Social / identity providers: if you sign in using Google, Facebook, or another third-party authentication provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider, subject to your settings with them.
  • Analytics providers: aggregated or pseudonymous usage statistics from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics).
  • Crash reporting services: anonymised crash and error data from tools such as Firebase Crashlytics.

2. Device Permissions

Our applications may request the following device permissions. Each permission is requested only for the purpose stated, and only when a feature that requires it is used. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Permission Why it is requested
Camera Capturing photos or scanning QR/barcodes within the application.
Microphone Recording audio or enabling voice input features.
Location (Precise / Approximate) Providing location-aware features or services where relevant to the application.
Storage / Files Reading or saving files, images, or documents to/from your device storage.
Contacts Enabling in-app contact lookup or sharing features where applicable.
Phone State Pausing application activity during incoming calls where applicable.
Notifications Sending you push notifications (see Section 10).
Internet Access Required for all network communication — syncing data, loading content, authentication.
Biometrics / Fingerprint Providing fingerprint or biometric authentication as an alternative login method.

Not every application we publish requests all permissions listed above. Each specific app will only request permissions that are necessary for its features. Unused permissions are never requested.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create, verify, and manage your account and provide access to our services.
  • To deliver the core features and functionality of the application.
  • To process payments and in-app purchases where applicable.
  • To send you important service-related notices, such as confirmations, security alerts, and account notifications.
  • To send marketing or promotional communications where you have opted in, and to allow you to opt out at any time.
  • To personalise your experience and remember your preferences.
  • To monitor, analyse, and improve application performance and user experience.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorised access, and other harmful activities.
  • To diagnose technical issues and fix software bugs using crash and error reports.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.

We process your data based on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors to operate parts of our service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to use data only as instructed by us and to keep it confidential.
  • Google Play and platform operators: Aggregated, non-identifiable information may be shared with platform operators (e.g., Google) as part of app analytics and store reporting.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other governmental or regulatory authority.
  • Safety and security: We may share data to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pixel Forge Global, our users, or the public, including to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent in-app notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your explicit consent: For any purpose not listed here, only with your prior written or in-app consent.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Our applications may integrate third-party SDKs and services. These services may collect data independently under their own privacy policies. The table below lists common integrations we use:

Service Purpose Privacy Policy
Google Play Services Core Android services, authentication, and app distribution google.com/policies/privacy
Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics Usage analytics and user behaviour insights firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase Crashlytics Crash reporting and error diagnostics firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) Delivery of push notifications firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Not every application we publish uses all services listed above. Specific apps may include additional third-party integrations, which will be disclosed in the relevant app's store listing or in-app disclosures.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as:

  • Your account remains active, or
  • It is necessary to provide you with the services, or
  • We are required to retain it by applicable law.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it. Crash reports and aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you individually may be retained for longer periods for quality and improvement purposes.

If you request deletion of your account, we will action this within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission over HTTPS/TLS for all network communication.
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.
  • Role-based access controls, ensuring only authorised personnel can access personal data.
  • Regular security reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Secure software development practices and code reviews.

Despite these measures, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to responding to any suspected breach promptly and notifying affected users in accordance with applicable law.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request:

  • Email us at hello@pixelforgeglobal.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or username associated with your account, and
  • Specify which application(s) the request relates to.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Some data may be retained where we are legally required to do so (e.g., financial transaction records), or where it has been anonymised and can no longer identify you.

Where an application provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that directly.

9. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

9.1 Apps Not Directed at Children

Unless an application is specifically designated as a children's application in its Google Play Store listing, our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at hello@pixelforgeglobal.com.

9.2 Apps Designed for Educational or Family Use

Where an application is designed for use in educational or family contexts and may involve users who are minors, the institution (e.g., a school) or parent/guardian responsible for provisioning access acts as the data controller for the minor's data. They are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from parents or guardians. We process such data solely on their behalf and only as necessary to deliver the service.

10. Push Notifications

Our applications may send push notifications to your device. On Android 13 and later, you will be prompted to grant notification permission before we can send notifications. On earlier versions, notifications are enabled by default upon installation.

Types of notifications we may send include:

  • Service and account notifications (e.g., password changes, new messages, important updates).
  • Reminders or in-app activity alerts relevant to your usage.
  • Promotional notifications, only where you have opted in.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings (Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Notifications) or through in-app notification preferences where available.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our web-based services and the web views embedded in our mobile applications may use cookies and similar technologies. These include:

  • Essential / session cookies: Required for authentication and keeping you logged in. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Preference cookies: Store your settings and preferences (e.g., language, theme) so you do not have to reset them each visit.
  • Analytics cookies: Collect pseudonymous data about how users interact with our services, used to improve performance. We use Google Analytics; you may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some features from working correctly. Our mobile applications do not use browser cookies; they use device-local storage and tokens for session management.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal information. These include:

12.1 General Rights (All Users)

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data (see Section 8 for the deletion process).
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
  • Withdraw consent: Where we process data based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

12.2 EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12.3 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of your rights, contact us at hello@pixelforgeglobal.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

13. International Data Transfers

Pixel Forge Global is headquartered in Zimbabwe. Our servers and service providers may be located in other countries, including countries outside the EEA that may have different data protection standards. By using our applications, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these locations.

Where we transfer data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or we rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Display a prominent notice in the application upon your next launch, where applicable.
  • Send an email notification to registered users for significant changes, where we hold your email address.

Continued use of our applications after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the application and request deletion of your data.
